We are expanding our outreach and seeking highly motivated Field Marketers to drive on-ground lead generation and client acquisition.
Position Summary
The Field Marketer is responsible for generating leads, promoting OGBN services, and engaging potential clients directly in target locations.
This role is ideal for energetic, persuasive, and results-driven individuals who enjoy working outdoors and interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage:
- Property owners (for onboarding listings)
- Tenants and buyers (for available properties)
- Generate daily leads through field activities
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects
2. On-Ground Marketing Activities
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
- Conduct door-to-door outreach and area canvassing
- Promote properties at:
- Estates
- Offices
- Public locations
3. Brand Awareness & Promotion
- Represent OGBN professionally in all interactions
- Educate potential clients about OGBN services
- Drive awareness of available properties and offerings
4. Data Collection & Reporting
- Record and submit:
- Leads generated
- Client details
- Daily activity reports
- Update CRM or reporting systems with accurate information
5. Collaboration with Sales Team
- Hand over qualified leads to Property Agents
- Follow up on prospects when required
- Support closing activities where needed
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated daily/weekly
- Number of qualified property owners onboarded
- Conversion rate of leads to deals
- Revenue contribution from generated leads
- Field activity consistency and coverage
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND (any discipline)
- 0–2 years experience in:
- Marketing, sales, or outreach roles
- Willingness to work in a field-based role
Preferred
- Experience in:
- Real estate marketing
- Direct sales or street marketing
- Familiarity with Lagos neighborhoods and estates

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range
- ₦80,000 – ₦150,000 monthly (based on experience)
